I'm a Product Specialist from Bristol with two years of experience in the automotive industry, at Friendship Hyundai Volvo Bristol. I come from a mixed working background of pharmacy and and men's premium apparel, through that working experience I've developed a passion about client care and possess a deep understanding of our products. My approach is calm and methodical; I excel at listening to clients' concerns, identifying the root of the problem, and developing effective solutions. Past clients have praised my responsiveness and ability to find practical answers. Beyond my professional life, I'm actively involved in the Bristol community, volunteering my time with organizations like the Bristol Twin Cities Lions Club, Rotary Club of Bristol, VA/TN, and several Masonic bodies (King Masonic Lodge #461 F&AM, Jericho Shrine NO. 180, Knoxville Scottish Rite, St. Omer Commandery #19 and its subordinate bodies). I also contribute to local community outreach programs through churches and food banks.

Ben was very helpful and patient with us. We looked at several different vehicles and he understood that what we wanted really mattered. We have always been a dedicated customer to a previous dealership in our hometown. Ben changed that. We will definitely be back.
