Hi, I’m a Product Specialist at Friendship Hyundai Volvo in Bristol. Originally from Chilhowie, Virginia, I’m an Army veteran and proud graduate of Chilhowie High School. I’ve been with the Friendship team for six months and am passionate about helping customers find the perfect vehicle to fit their needs. Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my family and raising my daughter.

It was exceptional, before, during, and after our purchase. James went out of his way to make this a pleasant experience and we were especially pleased that we weren't put through arm-twisting, bait and switch tactics, and the old "let me go talk to my manager" b.s. that still exists in the car sales industry today.
