I've been in the auto industry for six years, working my way up to Assistant Service Manager at Friendship Hyundai Volvo Bristol. I'm a Honda Master Technician, and I was once the youngest in the region. I take pride in building strong relationships – I strive to treat everyone with respect and professionalism. I'm a problem-solver, enjoying the fast-paced, dynamic nature of the service department and finding solutions for both customers and internal challenges. I'm passionate about the car business, especially the fixed ops side. Outside of work, I'm married, a Volunteer High School alum, and a big fan of comic books and rock and roll. I enjoy hunting, football, and talking cars – I’m pretty handy too, able to fix most anything. I’m focused on achieving monthly and quarterly goals, and I aim to make every customer feel like part of the Friendship family.

I have purchased four cars and had all my maintenance done at this dealership. My 2020 SF crossed the 100k warranty on my way home from work and then it broke down on the way to work the next morning. I was told don't worry Zach will take care of you. Carbon buildup in my engine. Zach did not take care of me. I had to call and plead my case for a goodwill claim because I was 30 miles over warranty. They did not offer this, I had to ask. Zach made the request to Hyundai and they paid half. When I went to pay I was told I had to pay $720 of $1200 and then I surprised with a diagnostic fee that was over $500. I owed them a little over $1200 when it was done. Zach never said a word he let Melanie do all the talking. She was wonderful. I appreciate her. With that said I am done with Hyundais and especially Friendship Hyundai. I traded my car in and bought a Honda the next day. I was going to purchase a new Hyundai but if they can't have my back because I'm 33 miles over the warranty then I that's not the place for me .
